As Hurricane Harvey dissipates, the recovery effort in Texas is just beginning. The Category 4 storm dropped more than 50 inches of rain near Houston and killed dozens of people. The panelists discussed the long cleanup process and the government’s response. The group also discussed the upcoming DACA decision.
